For a small scale in house gala dinner, we can transform your offices into a welcoming and special space to celebrate conference successes, share speical company milestones and more. Services can include furniture hire, decoration, AV, catering, guest invites, music, other entertainment or guest speaker slots.
External lunches and dinners are not a problem either with our extensive network of top quality partner venues, caterers and suppliers.
We have proven capability in running events for groups of between 8 and 350 people in New Zealand over 16 years. Those events include large company conferences, gala dinners, high profile government presentations, corporate retreats and team development workshops.

For full end to end conference management and coordination let’s talk through your brief and your budget. We’ll present you with a package price for venue, AV, accommodation, transport, team building activities and/or workshops, key note speaker options, and entertainment. We can manage invites and RSVP’s, draft your run sheets (excluding conference content), manage invoices and payments, the works.
Not quite sure where you want to be? No problem. Our first recommendations to you, based on your brief are free of charge. If you still need more options then for a fixed fee we’ll gather more quotes and options at a variety of venues to suit your numbers, your style, your dates. If you choose to go ahead the finder fee will be deducted from the package price. Minimum charge: 3 x hours at $85.00 per hour + GST.
