The Croquembouche Challenge
A master chef inspired challenge where teams have 30 minutes to work together to build a towering dessert made from freshly baked profiteroles, custard and chocolate. They'll also have to make their own chef's hats - no pressure!
We pre-bake the profiteroles and provide all the ingredients, instructions and support to help the teams succeed but the clock will be ticking and when time's up, whatever is on the plate will be judged! A finger licking good challenge for teams of 10 or hundreds.
Nostalgia Games
Nostalgia is scientifically proven to help improve mood, increase social connectedness and enhance your sense of regard for others. It's also known to stimulate creativity as well as team conversation and connection. There are roles for active and passive participants in all the games and team members are encouraged to take part at a level that suits them. The indoor version brings all of the classic elements together whatever the weather.

Pit team against team in this bonkers battle of zany team challenges. Strategise as a team and prepare to bounce, flip, fling stack, throw, hop, roll, blow, balance and catapult your team to victory in this hilarious range of team challenges.
Your team will be able to bid to double points before each round, if they think their team can win it, but if they lose ..... they lose the points too - ha!
This is a totally mobile challenge for the indoors so it'll go down a storm, whatever the weather!
The Lemon Chocolate Challenge
This is such a fun challenge! It looks almost impossible at the start, but as the teams follow the instructions and build their confidence you see an epic lemon develop out of white chocolate, moulds and food colouring. There's an additional fruit and veg edible decoration challenge that all teams need to complete before the clock runs down. What a great indoor activity to get you through winter!

Cooking School
Combine your meal with a fun culinary experience where you'll work along side our professional chef to create a meal that you can br proud to say you made yourself.
This Chef's Kitchen cooking school experience works well for small groups of up to 20 people and can be delivered at a private venue or property where you are conferencing or staying overnight. Ask us about venues where this can be packaged up as part of your event. There are lots of options across the country and we're here to help make it all happen seamlessly.
Food Pairing Experience
We invite you to meet our foodie queen - a woman of immense taste and passion for all things food and drink. She will take you on a taste sensation journey presenting you with local best in class produce from around New Zealand.
Your job is to decide what matches what the best and share your thoughts and ideas with the group. There is no right or wrong when it comes to food pairing but it's fantastic to learn from professional foodies and others in your team.
