This range of outdoor activities is suitable for people of all ages and abilities where the team accomplish a challenge together in an inspiring environment. The emphasis is on getting out of the office or conference space to spend quality time together and getting to know each other better.
Whilst the main element of these activities is to work on Connectedness, they also include elements of Trust, Communication, Understanding and Focus.
They can be booked alone or packaged with conference and dining options at one of our partner venues in Auckland, Waiheke, Wellington and across New Zealand.
Nostalgia Games
Nostalgia is scientifically proven to help improve mood, increase social connectedness and enhance your sense of regard for others. It's also known to stimulate creativity as well as team conversation and connection. There are roles for active and passive participants in all the games and team members are encouraged to take part at a level that suits them. SEE IT IN ACTION

Quizzi Do
This Amazing Race inspired challenge combines a quiz with mini team challenges on a route around the grounds. Teams look for clues and complete a variety of tasks and challenges. The challenge is designed uniquely for the venue you choose and branded for your company with a quiz round about your business.

Fling It Darling!
A veritable variety of things to fling that allows your team to bond together at a venue or public space. But there’s more to these challenges, as they are not what they might first seem. None of them are possible without clear communication and teamwork. The most united teams will come out on top.
Let Me Out provides the equipment, professional facilitationand and carnival atmosphere so enjoy!
Top Team Challenge
A multi activity, round robin event with activity stations. Some physical, some not but along the way groups will face off against different teams following a spaghetti route - teams go in different directions always come up against new teams.
Activities include the likes of Tug O'War, Rugby Punting, Fling It!, Pocket Shot, Giant Kerplunk and more.
Beach Activities
Be a real kiwi team this summer and head to the beach. Activities can include raft building, tug of war, volleyball, beach cricket, paddle boarding, kayaking and beach games - competitive or casual.
Can be run in Auckland or on Waiheke Island. We bring the equipment, facilitators,shade, beach towels and refershments.
Off The Beaten Wine Trail
A combo of wine tasting and guided trail walking on Waiheke Island. You can choose from a coastal walk or native bush walk through Whakanewha Regional Park.
Add on a lunch or dinner at the end of your journey before we transfer you back to the ferry for your return trip to downtown Auckland.
