We often get asked to recommend and run sessions for teams to improvethe how they work together, how they behave together and how they function together.
The short answer to this is that the more they do together the better they get to know each other and the easier it is for them to work as a group. We call it being connected, or connectedness.
These short activities are all useful to achieve this goal and the secret is to do different ones on a regular basis. The majority of resouces provided across these pages will work well for this so you can also pick from across the range.
